Tools Design & Engineering is a dynamic company, specialized in tools, jigs, and equipment for metalproduction and engineering services like reverse engineering, CAD 3D engineering, digitalization of 2D drawings. Our team of qualified engineers connects innovative technology with experience, ensuring top quality of services, and effectiveness.
Why us?
We offer also Reverse Engineering services - which means recreation the technical documentation of existing parts for example parts of old machines, or creation 2D and 3D documentation for prototypes that were done without any drawings.
For this we use not only standard tools as calipers, but also modern 3D laser-scanning device which allows us to recreate even the most complex geometry and compare it with the map of colours that show deviations.
Our welding jigs and fixtures are custom made for your project. Welding jigs give consistent and precise positioning of the parts, bending gauges and fixtures assure precision and repeatability of parts. Our team can design tooling for your process, which your team will assemble, or we will assemble the tooling and come to you for introduction. All is possible depending on agreements.
We offer 2D and 3D design of metal structures, or single details as well. We can prepare digital documentation according to sketches, drafts, or old documentation, for example from old machines.
